Return & Refund Policy

We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days from the date you receive the item to request a return or exchange.

Return process:

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 180 days of receiving your order. Products to be returned must be in unopened and unused condition. Please follow these steps to return an item:

1. Please contact us via email service@lohovusa.com, we will handle it within 24 hours. Once your return request is approved, we will send you return address and return instructions. (Note: We do not accept items returned directly without authorization.)

2. After receiving the reply email, please return the item within 48 hours and provide the tracking number.

3. After receiving the returned items, we will refund you within two days that if the items are correct and eligible.

Return shipping cost:

Return shipping fee will be covered by customer.

Return and exchange conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 180 days of your receipt.

2. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, which means that it needs to be in the same condition as the item you received.

4. We do not accept the return of products without contacting us in advance.

Refund amount:

1. If the product is damaged or parts are missing for reasons other than our own (the customer does not send back a complete product or sends back a damaged product due to improper use).

2. If a customer sends back a package without any tracking track that may have been lost or destroyed and we cannot confirm the status of the product, we will not refund.

When to receive your refund:

You will receive your refund from us within 2 business days after we receive the items. If your PayPal account or credit card account does not receive a refund within the scheduled time, please contact us by by email at: service@lohovusa.com, or by phone at: +1 209 800 4197

Please be aware that credit card companies may also take some time to process and issue refunds.

About exchange:

If you choose to exchange the item, we will check the status of the received item after receiving the returned package and will resend the replacement item with tracking number within two business days after confirming that it is correct.
