Shipping Areas:
We offer free FedEx shipping on orders within the United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or pobox. We also do not offer shipping to any other country except the U.S.
Please note:
We do not accept APO, FPO, DPO. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please be sure to enter a physical address.

Shipping time:
Standard delivery: All orders will be delivered to you within 3-6 business days.(Processing time: 1-2 business days, Shipping time: 2-4 business days)
Our shipping time frame depends on your location and varies depending on the shipping method you choose. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Tracking orders:
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 4 days for your carrier to update your package tracking information.
Shipping Delays:
Carrier issues due to uncontrollable factors such as extreme bad weather may cause you to not receive your package within the expected time. If you do not receive your package within 15 days after shipment, please contact us by email: service@lohovusa.com. We will verify the shipping status of your package with the carrier at the first opportunity. Your patience will be appreciated in this case.

If you request a change of address after your order has been shipped, we do not guarantee a successful update. All risks and costs that may result from a change of address after the order has been shipped are at your own risk.
